Disney's Enchanted

Have you seen this cute movie yet? I think it's darling, fun and *clean*. Boo surprisingly enjoyed watching it, too. My favorite scene is the Happy Working Song, where she solicits New York City's vermin (pigeons, rats, cockroaches, flies) to come help her clean the apartment. Too funny. Sometimes I wish I only had to sing out the window to have willing helpers come clean my house!

You can do a lot when you've got
Such a happy little tune to hum
While you’re sponging up the soapy scum
We adore each filthy chore
That we determine
So friends even though you’re vermin
We’re a happy working throng

I would like to thank you for getting this song back into my head after a week of trying to get it out due to my neighbor's non-stop singing. Yes, thanks. :P

The one that gets stuck in my head is that "How does she know you love her". Sorry about that, Heidi! ;)

"singing as we fetch the detergent box, for the smelly shirts and the stinky socks"

that's my favorite line to sing. haha. i love this movie. so fun.

all of the music gets stuck in my head...at random times of the day, no matter what i'm doing. haha.

Cute clip, Ames. We haven't seen it! I'll have to go get it, my girls would love it, I'm sure. We're a little slow on movies... we just barely saw Ratatouille last weekend! Thanks for the film review! I love your blog!

Do you own it? If, yes, send it our way because we haven't seen it. From what I have heard many places...and now here...it sounds like it is worth a try! FUN!

Steph and Sarah,

I don't own it, but maybe for Boo's birthday or something. We have rented it twice now at Red Box. $1 a night - can't beat that!

I've only seen it once and thoroughly enjoyed it. My boys sing along to "how does she know...." it's such a great song even after having it in my head 23 hours a day!

I thought it was a cute movie, too. Goose was a bit traumatized while seeing it--perhaps it was because we were in the theater and she was overwhelmed?

I loved the "How does she know you love her" song, too.

Haha. I got a real kick out of that, Ames! Looks like an entertaining movie (though clearly a chick flick)
