My brother Tim told us about an address Elder Ballard gave to the graduates of BYU-H, urging graduates to use the internet (including blogs, YouTube, online opinions, etc) to spread the good news of the gospel. “We cannot stand on the sidelines while others, including our critics, attempt to define what the Church teaches,” Elder Ballard said. Take a look at the
address when you get a chance.

Thanks for sharing. I've heard him give similar addresses for the past ten years. One of my favorites talked a lot about this quote: "Satan is always quick to exploit the negative power of new inventions, to spoil and degrade and to neutralize any effect for good." He talked about how the coming of the Internet was blessed and inspired, but Satan is quick to jump on the bandwagon and ruin anything that's good.
I think your Gingerbread House looks great! If my kids had decorated the house it wouldn't look that good. We haven't made a Gingerbread house yet this year and we didn't make one last year either. I still have frosting all over the table memories from the year before keeping me from this adventure. But what fun memories with your kids.
